What you get

Everything runs locally. Nothing leaves your machine.

The Home Server bundle is a single EXE: Node.js runtime + the VP3 stack + a Cauldron browser shell. Install once, sign into your VP3 account, your home server pairs with the cloud and you're publishing.

Local AI engine
Ollama runs on your GPU or CPU. Llama 3, Mistral, TinyLlama, Gemma — pick a model, hit the chat. Unlimited queries, zero API bills, fully offline.
Local SQLite database
Your contacts, conversations, posts, brain files, energy ledger — all in a local SQLite file. Browse anytime, export anytime, back up anywhere.
Subdomain apps
Family Brain, Live Studio, Home Stereo, 3D World, Data Center, Restaurant, Delivery, Recipes, more. Each runs on your home server, served at your subdomains.
Cloudflare tunnel
Public URL with no port forwarding, no DNS, no router config. The tunnel runs inside the home server; visitors hit your subdomain and the traffic flows.
Encrypted backups
Schedule snapshots to external drives or USB, with integrity verification. Your wallet, your address book, your media — backed up the way you want.
OB1 agent at home
Your operator agent runs on your machine. Voice-first, multi-step task automation, RCSF reasoning, persistent memory. The cloud version is the same agent paired up.
How install works

Three steps. Five minutes.

No Linux server, no Docker, no terminal. The installer ships everything bundled.

Download
Grab VP3-Cauldron.exe (~23 MB). Bundled Node 20, NSIS installer, Cauldron browser shell, all the home-server libraries.

Install
Run the EXE. NSIS installs to Desktop\\VP3, runs first-time setup, opens the Cauldron browser at localhost:3077.

Pair with cloud
Sign into vp3.me. Auto-pair routes a node identity + Ed25519 keypair to your account. Subdomain apps sync down. You're publishing.
Data sovereignty

Three places your data can live. You control all three.

VP3 Cloud (default), Computer Brain (persistent local), Home Server (filesystem). Same dataset, three copies. The Data Control Center lets you flip kill switches per system — turn anything off, your data stays put.

VP3 Cloud
Default starting point. Your dataset on vp3.me. Sign up and you're running. Disconnect anytime — Computer Brain and Home Server keep going.
Computer Brain
Persistent local storage on your C:// drive. Survives browser cache clears. Syncs to cloud every 5 min, to home server every 2 min when both are connected.
Home Server
Full database on your filesystem. The Cauldron app is what you're downloading. Hosts Ollama, Whisper, video rendering, web spider — all the C:// drive apps.
