Terms of Agreement for Pay-to-Stream Music Site

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Artist/Band Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Provider", and the user, hereinafter referred to as the "Subscriber".

1. Service Description: The Provider operates a pay-to-stream music site where subscribers can access and stream music content created, performed, and recorded by the Provider.

2. Subscription and Access: a. By purchasing a subscription, the Subscriber gains access to the Provider's music library for streaming purposes. b. The subscription grants the Subscriber unlimited streaming of purchased songs for personal, non-commercial use only. c. Subscribers are strictly prohibited from downloading any songs from the site.

3. Upgrade Package Benefits: a. Upgrade package benefits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. b. These benefits may include exclusive content, early access to new releases, or other perks specified in the upgrade package.

4. Song Purchase: a. Purchasing a song grants the Subscriber the right to stream the song an unlimited number of times. b. Ownership of the song remains with the Provider.

5. Album Ownership and Upgrade Option: a. Owners of an album have the option to upgrade their purchase to include a vinyl record. b. Vinyl records are printed on demand and shipped within 48 hours of the upgrade purchase. c. The upgrade purchase is subject to additional fees as determined by the Provider.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property: a. All music content provided by the Provider is protected by copyright laws. b. Subscribers agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the site without prior written consent from the Provider.

7. Termination: a. The Provider reserves the right to terminate a Subscriber's access to the site at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason deemed necessary by the Provider. b. In the event of termination, the Subscriber will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability: a. The Provider shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
