Loop scans every drive marked folder-agent-enabled, diffs the file manifest, fires execution plugins per-new-file. Light on the home server, predictable cadence.

Plugin registry

Seven built-in execution plugins (Whisper, library, playlist, spider, clipper, YT scanner, PLLM feed). Operator picks which run per folder.

Circuit breaker

Three consecutive plugin errors on the same folder auto-pause it and emit a paused event. Operator unpauses from the admin UI when they've fixed the cause.

Server-canonical mode

If your home server runs the folder-map loop, browser ticks degrade to viewer mode. Avoids double-firing when you've got both surfaces open.
